We do not sell packaged products, insurance, or investments. Every engagement is a planning service: we model your cash-flow, set the buffers and reserves, and hand you a spreadsheet you can run yourself.
What every engagement includes
- A 12-month rolling cash-flow model built from your real invoices and bank statements.
- A fixed-baseline and variable-pay split, so the minimum monthly clear is visible.
- A tax buffer sized to your VAT cycle and the May year-end settlement.
- A reserve target sized to your client concentration, not a generic rule.
- A short written summary of decisions and the order in which to apply them.
The three engagement shapes
Package terms, fees and credentials are confirmed in writing after the first consultation. The descriptions below are what the work covers, not a fixed price list.
1. Cash-flow baseline
For freelancers who want to stop guessing each month. We map your income to the months it actually lands, split a fixed baseline from variable pay, and set a tax buffer. The deliverable is a working spreadsheet plus a one-page summary of the decisions. One to two sessions.
2. Reserve and tax buffer
For self-employed owners whose income has grown but whose reserves have not. We size a reserve to client concentration and contract length, align the tax buffer to VAT and year-end settlement, and set the order in which surplus months refill each pot. Two to three sessions.
3. Long-term planning
For freelancers thinking past the next invoice. We add pension gaps, long-term savings routing, and a view of what a move from solo to a small team would do to the cash-flow. Three to four sessions, with a yearly check-in available.
What we do not do
- We do not pick investments, recommend securities, or manage a portfolio.
- We do not sell insurance products or take commission from any provider.
- We do not prepare or file tax returns; we plan the cash-flow that makes filing easier, and refer you to a licensed tax accountant for filing.
- We do not arrange anything that avoids or bends Korean tax law.
